A little about me..

I have been buying & selling real estate ever since my first home purchase senior year of high school.  I purchased a small fixer-upper that I renovated with the help of my dad and several friends . After receiving that first rent check, I was hooked.  It has always been very satisfying to me to take an old, tired asset and bring it back to life.

 One of the most rewarding parts of the journey has been turning "I" into "WE" by creating a close nit team that has now owned single family, small multi family, manufactured housing communities, self storage, and most recently, an RV campground.  We have built an in house management company which oversees all of our assets and day to day management.  This gives us a true feel on how our assets our performing and allows us to act quickly and smoothly.
