A little about me..

I've been buying/selling real estate ever since my first home purchase my senior year of high school.  I purchased a extreme fixer upper and turned it into a rental and have been doing real estate ever since.  It has always been very satisfying to me to take an old, tired asset and bring it back to life.

 I have owned single family, small multi family, manufactured housing communities, self storage, and most recently, an RV campground.  We have built an in house management company which oversees all of our assets.  This gives us a very true feel on how our assets our performing and allows us to act quickly and smoothly.
